Leather is a natural material. Although products undergo factory inspections before being shipped, invisible scratches, wrinkles, or variations in the leather's cross-section can still have an effect.
Typically, customers are often told: "Since leather is a natural material, it is not covered by warranty."
While that is indeed a characteristic of natural materials, for a customer who has spent their hard-earned money on a selection, that answer can lead to a disappointing shopping experience that they just have to live with.

Every wooden bat purchased at our shop comes with our 30-day replacement support.
With the recent shift in rules toward low-rebound bats, more players are using wooden bats.
Wooden bats, like gloves, are made from natural materials. Because the timber is affected by its environment during growth, even if two bats are carved to the exact same shape and weight, differences in durability are inevitable.
Of course, finding that one perfect bat can be a fantastic experience. But on the other hand, it can break immediately—even in your first at-bat. This can happen due to the material, but also depending on where the ball makes contact.
In recent years, the overall costs surrounding student athletes—not just equipment, but travel, training camps, and tournament fees—have increased significantly. In this climate, having a newly purchased bat break right away can be a huge shock for both the player and their family.
That is why we created this support for wooden bats purchased at our store, so that our customers can play with boldness and confidence.
